Adult Coaching Sessions are a great way to learn in a fun and friendly environment, spread the cost and get to make new friends. Sessions are held throughout the week. For your wellbeing and in order to guarantee you quality time, spaces are restricted per coach and you need to reserve a space by booking online or calling 01684 274782, spaces being allocated on a first come, first served basis.
