Junior Academy Golf
Run by PGA Professional Jordan Aubrey and our team, Junior Academy group sessions are designed to appeal to all juniors, aged 5 – 15 years old.
They’re designed to provide an ideal, safe environment to learn the game, whilst making new friends, and potential future golfing buddies. The emphasis is on structured fun learning, delivered by dedicated instructors with a passion for coaching juniors.
Look out for our Junior Golf Day Camps held in the school holidays throughout the year, which are a great way to give golf a go, and take the first step to joining our Junior Academy.

Group Coaching
Wednesday Night | 4:30-5:30pm and 5:30-7:00pm
Sunday | 9:00 – 10:00am (girls only), 10-11:00am and 11-12:00am, 1-2.30pm (junior development).
£10 per session for max 10 players. Spaces filled on a first come first served basis. Sessions run By Jordan Aubrey PGA will be held in our Trackman range and short game area covering all aspects of the game through fun games designed to get everyone playing better golf whatever their experience.
Group Access
Golf Access is all about getting juniors out on on the golf course as fast as possible having fun, and who can argue with that!
Its a structured program with 9 levels of achievement to reach. We’ve put in new Junior tees to create a Junior Course at Sherdons. A chance to get your first Junior handicap, we run two golf access sessions a month for up to 10 players. Interested in finding out more? Download the leaflet or get in touch with Jordan.
Join Our Academy
£99 per annum membership. You get access to our exclusive “golf access” portal, training notes, news on events etc. As well, you get unlimited use of our Manor Course Monday – Thursday and after 2pm at the weekend.
Members also receive a branded Free Polo Shirt with the option of a Branded Mid Layer (available at cost) and entry to exclusive school holiday competitions. Finally as a member you have the opportunity to gain an official WHS Handicap which gives you the chance to play not only in club competitions but also play for the Sherdons Junior team against other golf clubs and centres.
Sunday Afternoon by Invitation
Building on our Sunday morning and Wednesday morning groups, we’re always looking for talent to help nurture and introduce to County Junior programmes.
Our Sunday afternoon sessions are designed to do just this. Held 2:00 t0 3:30pm on a Sunday, the price is £15 per session with a max of 6 juniors per session. These sessions will work on practice drills to develop your swing, on course tuition covering game management as well as Etiquette, understanding competition rules and the various game formats. To get access you need an invite from Jordan.
Annual Development Programme
780 minutes of coaching over 12 months guaranteeing you at least one hour long session every month one to one, with extended sessions during the summer months.
A pathway to playing competitive Junior Golf. Designed to give Juniors a better understanding of their game, how to practice, and get results with monthly contact along the journey from a professional coach that cares.
This exclusive lesson package open to the first 10 golfers to book only. Time can be taken in 1/2 hour or 1 hour slots and feature GC Quad and Video swing analysis, range and playing lessons covering all aspects of the game, specialist short game coaching, Capto Putting Analysis, your own tailored personal development programme with drills to work on and lesson notes and exclusive access to Junior Competition schedules.

About Jordan Aubrey PGA
Golf lessons in Gloucestershire with Jordan Aubrey PGA cover all aspects of the game. From swing analysis and development through to short game, putting and course management. Having played competitive golf from an early age in his home town Nuneaton, for the last 5 and a half years Jordan has been working locally, with notable success, helping develop Junior Academies as well as new to golf, starter programmes, work he’ll continue with the Richard Ballard Golf Academy.
All his lessons are held at his Sherdons Golf Centre, and lesson options include one to one lessons held either in the Trackman driving range, Indoor teaching studio, n the Manor Golf Course, or all weather short game area and practice putting green.
All range lessons include Trackman swing analysis, free ball hire, video analysis and lesson notes as standard from your session.
