Lesson Booking Policy

In order to make it fair for everyone wanting to book lessons, all lessons with Richard Ballard PGA need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

You can either do this online at https://richardballard.proagenda.com/#agenda, in person in our Pro Shop, or by calling 01684 274782.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

Need to change the date or time for your lesson?

Whilst we do not offer cash refunds for cancelled lessons, as long as you inform us by calling 01684 274782 before your lesson is due, we will re book your lesson at no extra charge to a time more convenient. If you fail to notify us in advance and don’t attend your lesson, we reserve the right to require you to pay again if you wish to re book.

No cash alternative is offered, bookings are non transferable and held with Richard Ballard PGA Professional. Golf Lessons need to be taken within 12 months of booking or else they will expire unless you cannot book a lesson due to ill health or injury. If that is so, you need to email professional@sherdons.co.uk before your lesson expires, explaining why you cannot book and we will do our best to help make suitable arrangements.
